On Thursday, Roger Stone was sentenced to 40 months in jail. But long before this latest controversy, Stone appeared on this podcast several times. Today’s episode is a rebroadcast of an interview I conducted in June of 2012, after Stone endorsed Libertarian candidate Gary Johnson for president. During this conversation, we talked about Stone’s role in Eliot Spitzer’s fall from grace, why you should never have a navy blue suit dry cleaned (instead, clean with a whisk broom and some cool water), and, of course, Stone’s affinity for Richard Nixon.
