On Thursday, Roger Stone was sentenced to 40 months in jail. But long before this latest controversy, Stone appeared on this podcast several times. Today’s episode is a rebroadcast of an interview I conducted in June of 2012, after Stone endorsed Libertarian candidate Gary Johnson for president. During this conversation, we talked about Stone’s role in Eliot Spitzer’s fall from grace. On a lighter note, Stone discussed why you should never have a navy blue suit dry cleaned (instead, clean with a whisk broom and some cool water). And of course, we discussed Stone’s affinity for Richard Nixon.
